"Chanced upon HM during the exhibition at Expo. Actually prior to that, I went to many others but didn't find anything interesting until I met Kerwin. His explanation was so comprehensive that my mom was immediately sold by the the products and his service.

I didn't know that the curtains and blinds needed 2 weeks of advance notice but Kerwin immediately fixed a date for the second appointment to meet our exact date for installation (in fact, HM was earlier than expected). Alas, Kerwin was on a business trip, so Uncle Henry attended to us.

Uncle Henry, firstly, thank you for making my mom changed her mind about the S curtains. And also for changing her minds to fix all 3 bedrooms to blind. He was so meticulous that he went down to my place personally to do the measurement.

With all that, Kerwin still kept in touch with me making sure that the installation process was smooth right till the end.

I love my curtains. I love my blinds more.

"I came across this company while attending one of those home-design exhibitions. Their staff, Samantha, attended to me was friendly, sincere and helpful. Needless to say, I went ahead to purchase from them.

Despite the last minute changes to my plans, Samantha was willing to accommodate and give me what I needed in the best reasonable time possible. Also, when one of the blinds that arrived had a manufacturing defect, they were quick to notice it on the spot and replace me with a brand new one shortly.

"We were scouting for a curtain supplier and met Kerwin from HM Home Decor at the Singapore Expo. He was friendly and patient in answering our queries regarding their curtains and services. We were pleased with his service and signed up the order with him after getting a good deal and knowing well the quality of the products we would be getting. During the curtain selection, Kerwin also provided good advices on the colour, materials and design of the curtains to suit our needs. Whilst things didn't turn out well during the first installation, Kerwin was sincere and understanding in trying to resolve our issues. He was always calm and listening to our feedbacks. He even invited us to his curtain factory at Woodlands to settle our issues, and to let us appreciated the makings of curtains. On the second installation appointment, Kerwin personally came to install our curtains to make sure our case was resolved satisfactorily.
