I had my house to start renovation 2.5 years ago by ID Louis and Joshua and 2 years warranty just ended and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive to any concerns I had, and he always addressed any defects or issues with the utmost care and responsibility.

I truly appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that everything was up to my standards.

Overall, I highly recommend Louis and Joshua for any renovation project. Their professionalism, quick responses to defects, and responsible work ethic made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you for your outstanding work!

A 5-star rating for TWP from my husband and I on our recently (and awesomely) renovated resale unit!

We met with several IDs before deciding on TWP namely because Jia Hao and Dennis won us over with their patience, flexibility and being accommodating to our whims.

As first-time homeowners and new to the renovating process, Jia Hao and Dennis were very forthcoming in their recommendations and advice accumulated by their years in this field. Yet at the same time, they were never condescending despite any outlandish ideas that we threw to them. They put in their best of efforts to fulfill our requests, and even went beyond and above to create the home that we wanted despite the multiple changes we put them through.

Our first visit to TWP started from their in-house carpentry workshop before we sat down to talk about quotations. This is testament in the pride TWP has in their quality workmanship that they provide to their clients.

The entire renovation process was smooth and well-managed, and any issues that arose were promptly followed up and resolved.

I don't think we can thank Jia Hao, Dennis and the TWP team of workers enough for their long hours and late nights especially during the year end peak period. Despite their packed schedule, our IDs and the team always ensured that our renovation is on track. We are more than pleased with our home that has brought on so much joy and comfort.

Had engaged Louis from Wooden Platform to do a minor renovation work for my mum's house. He had done a great job as he provided me updates on the renovation work constantly. Price wise, they may not be the lowest but at least they are transparent and they stick to the quotation that they have given me.

My fiancé and I had a very good experienced with The Wooden Platform. Our place is a condo and only require minimum Reno, thus initially worried that no ID company would like to take up our job. My fiancé and I had a very good experienced with The Wooden Platform. Our place is a condo and only require minimum Reno, thus initially worried that no ID company would like to take up our job. Nevertheless, we got quotation from Louis and he still took up our job promptly! Louis was very helpful. We rushed to get Reno work started before the 7th month and he helped to arranged it swiftly even when we signed the quotation rather near that month.

Along the way, we had very good experience with Louis. He was responsible, always updated us via whatsapp even when we were busy at work and can't supervise ourselves. Most probably u can't do this with other contractors - some of them I heard would give u snip short work when owners are not around to take a look!

Louis was very patient, and made sure the most minor touch up we need was done before handing back to us. To be frank, I used to be very skeptical with Reno contractors. But I got a peace of mind with the wooden platform. My best recommendation!

Hi Endy! Now that everything is finally settled...haha I think I own you an overdue comment. Well how shall I put it? After visited more than 10 IDs, we decided to choose Endy from The Wooden Platform as our Interior Designer for our home. I guess what makes us choose him is down to the comfort level Endy gives us. As the same as most of the home-owners, we were worried about "hidden cost" as we have heard a lot of stories and remarks from Friends and relatives but Endy assure us that there will be none. He did not just give us a quote for the sake of giving a quote like what a lot of IDs do from those we met.

He makes the effort to breakdown and explain what is the cost of every single request that we wanted so that there will be no misunderstanding or disagreement later on. Because its in line by line item, we were able to remove those that we feel its too expensive or we feel we can do without. Even for our request, he explain to us those that he feel we don't really need it, the pros and cons of having it. This makes us able to think carefully and save on the unnecessary. A lot of IDs will just "ok you want it? I'' just quote you"

Endy also accompany us to give us advise on the furniture we choose and not to mentioned help us to bargain the selling price of those we choose. HAHA

Workmanship wise I can say that its acceptable. Price range I wont say its the cheapest around but it's in the middle range.

All in all, I feel the most value for money in choosing The Wooden Platform is their services. Not a single time I'm disappointed when addressing my concern and needs. Especially the after sale service which after handing over, a lot of IDs will not entertain you anymore or if you want their services to rectify something, it will be at a cost. As long as those defects or concern is not due to the owner's mishandling or abuse, I'm sure Endy can settle for you.

Lastly please do not quote me as "One man's meat is another man's poison" This is just my personal experience with him. I'm sure some people out there may have unpleasant experience with him but we are totally satisfied with his services to us.
