"Finally we had our home handed over to us on early May. We are extremely happy and glad that we decided to go ahead entrusting Randall and his team to take charge of our renovation works.

We had done our detailed price comparison with few other ID companies and finally decided to go ahead with NID Interior. The quote offered to us was competitive and for the amount of works that we had requested for it was very reasonable.

Randall was such a patient person who was able to accommodate to all our request and get things done in a timely manner.

We created a WhatsApp group chat to communicate with Randall and also ample calls in case of any details that need to be clarify.

As they say there is no such a thing as 100% prefect however Randall was always accommodating to quickly work on hiccups or problems which came up along the way to get it fixed and work towards the 100% perfection mark. Most importantly, there is no hidden cost besides the quotation we mutually signed. He even did some additional work as complimentary service to our renovation.

Even after handing over of our home, Randall after sales service is awesome. He mentioned we can still call him if there is any rectification work need to be done.

"Many thanks to Aellex who renovated my parents 3-gen home, and currently he is also doing my 4-brm house. I met many interior designers, however I felt most comfortable with Aellex from our first meet up as he seemed the most experienced from the others. My parents were also comfortable with him as he was patient in explaining to them how things work. Aellex was very responsive to our queries, escpecially after working hours and weekends when were shopping for furniture, as we were only free at those timings. He was also efficient in arranging anything we needed and he gave us cost-effective advise. We were most impressed with the carpentry work as everything was neatly done and it looked really good and there were minor defects. Aellex had also planned out an accurate timeline for the completion of the renovation and we are very happy we chose him for my parents dream home!

It was a pleasure working with Aellex and my parents are satisfied with the end result. I am looking forward to see how my dream home turns out now! Would definitely recommend him to our friends & family! " - Farida Zohair

"Special shoutout for Randall who recently led and completed our home renovation. He was recommended to us by a friend. Prior to meeting Randall, we had met a few other IDs from various firms and we are glad to have settled for Randall because he has exceeded our expectations in many ways. He takes pride in his work and has an eye for space planning. There were many details that we would have overlooked if not for his intervention.

From the first meetup with Randall, we were impressed by his efficiency. He managed to turnaround with a reasonable quotation and proposal using our floor plan and requirements within 1-2 days. He has a great wealth of knowledge about home renovation and gives honest, practical and cost-efficient advice.

Throughout the planning and renovation process, Randall was very proactive and responsive. His response rate is almost lightning speed and always offers good solutions whenever we faced uncertainties. He coordinated the renovation in an organized manner.

Upon completion, he kept checking back with us to make sure that we were satisfied. He also efficiently arranged for rectification of any defects or hiccups that we highlighted to him.

"Started looking for ID online for our 4 room resale and Randall from NID Interior replied to our reno request with a 3D design that got our attention. Replies to our queries very promptly and with our budget he took in our ideas of renovation and showed us the best that he could offer for quality and value.

During the renovation. We didn't have much to worry about as he plans the schedule well to meet our target date for completion which we're satisfied with. He does not allow standards that doesn't met his requirements to be executed and will rather make his contractor run a few more trips to make sure all will be good. The workmanship of the contractors he have is wonderful. When I have questions for him he will get to me quickly and execute the wants that I require from the renovation work. Loving the end product of our first home and thanks to Randall once again for the smooth renovation experience.

He will give his honest recommendations and get the best deals for the project he was engaged. His service is prompt and he will get the problems rectify ASAP even the job has been completed. I have no regret hiring him as my ID. My neighbors pop by and all have commented my flat is very nicely designed and the workmanship of the carpentry is excellent. "We would like to extend our thanks to Aellex Yeo (‭+65 8252 5636‬) from NID for making our home a pleasant place. We moved into our new house and enjoyed it so much that very often we prefer to stay at home. We had a very short time to do a major renovation including major carpentry works, re-do the entire house electricity, marble gum flooring, parquet flooring... All these needed to be done within 2 and 1/2 weeks and right after Chinese New Year. Other contractors turned us down due to timing but Aellex Yeo took up the challenge and worked through it.

Every day I saw him getting himself extremely busy managing my project along with his other projects, often working till very late at night to discuss with us our progress to accommodate my schedule. Sometimes I felt bad to ping him in the evening but he was so cool about it.

I had thought we would need a lot of touch up because everyone was rushing for their tasks. But surprisingly we had very little defects, perhaps a few paintings touch up. The carpentry works were awesome, so as the rest. The flooring is stunning, everyone who visited our house said so.

Thanks Aellex for all the hard works and dedication. Your team are very good too. I saw everyone working diligently and had very good manners. I had no complaints from the neighbors at all.

Thanks for making our house beautiful. The pictures can’t tell it all due to my amateur photography skills."

"This shoutout goes to Aellex Yeo for being very very veryyyy prompt in his replies & being very professional since Day 1. He was always there to answer our queries & gave sound advice when we asked/suggested things that we wanted for our home.

The whole reno thing was new to us as a young couple but Aellex made us feel comfortable during our first meeting as he was transparent about the costs involved, advising on which bank loan to opt for etc. Unlike other IDs which we met, Aellex took us seriously & gave us the respect we deserve as his client. He was also true to his words when he gave us an approximate timeline for the reno to be carried out and it was all completed on time. There were minor defects after the reno & when Aellex was alerted, he was prompt to send the carpenter etc to rectify the issues.

Without a doubt, we would recommend Aellex to everyone out there who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, respectful & prompt ID. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN, AELLEX!!"

Even there were issues during the renovation, he managed to solve them all. After the work is completed, he is still responsive to our request and timely fix the small problems.
