Next tues will be my 2nd Appt...and will be getting keys from the sellers.

But not i have a question, do i need to observe any chinese custom rites before i "so called" offically "open" the door of my newly purchased asset?

I'm very ignorant with regards to such matters...

Need to choose an auspicious date & time for 'enter' house. Then need to buy some joss-sticks paper to pray to the 'Ground god' (Di Zhu) for prosperity..

If you are going to do renovation, remember to choose a date & time suitable for 'ground breaking ceremony' as official start work.

date choosing is related to your bazi. When you go to a fsm, he will choose a date based on your 5 elements(BAZI).

a certain day may be good to most people but it is definitely not to EVERYONE.
