you never mention your flat size, cos everything measured in units aand quote in units, becareful when you ask for quote, give them the exact measurements so wont off to much else later they ask you to top up

i measured my windows to the exact cm and give slight allowance, but the contractor measure in ft, so he overlook the measurements and under quote a bit.. so you must becareful

always ask for per unit charge are how much so they cannot ask you to top up the diff

I've source for 3. Apparently we like his design very much and he is very daring with colours tat's y chances are on the high side on confirming. Need your advise if i'm able to negotiate for better deals on certain items.

You should insist your ID to put down all quantity as any discrepency, the rate can be easily computed and discrepency can be determine irregardless of more or less. This will be fair to both parties. Same goes to material used. The final measurement on plan as compared to site should be within the limit of 5% which is acceptable. Anything more than that is a discrepency and should be rectify immediately with you ID to prevent arguement
