Masonry works

For your tiles how much is it cost p.s.f?

Wat are the range of tiles u can get to choose?

This is really too cheap to believe. On average, each toilets cost $3K and above. With your work scope to toilet, costing should be around $6300. Your kitchen should easily cost you $6600 also. Even you are using postform top for your kitchen cabinet, the cost of your cabinet is about $2,100. The cost of Wall tiles (without measurement) easily about $2K floor tiles $1K, cabinet, fridge, w/m base $300, Copper piping $500, Wiring $200, Haulage + debris + Chemical cleaning $500.

There are a few things to take note on the quotes (prevent any hidden costs)

1) Read every single things on what they wrote. Make sure there arent any things being double charges.

2) Check that all the things that are stated during conversation or anything added should be written on it and counter sign from the ID. or print out a new copy.

3) Check on their terms and conditions. (maybe a lot of words but please read it all.)

on avg, how much do companies charge haulage fees? I was quoted between $300 - $1100! what big difference!

One company do not charge at all as they told me that my house do not require hacking, so no haulage fees. what is haulage fees btw? is it that big container parked at the car park, for contractors to collect debris?

plastering of walls, what is considered reasonable pricing? some charge me one lump sum $300 for plastering all affected parts. some say must go down to site and see.
