I heard about this HDB screeding problem from one ID, and he quoted me $600 for screeding 3 bedrooms, instead of using HDB screeding.

With the final ID I end up with, she said she would personally go down and supervise the HDB workers doing screeding, so as to make sure the job is done well. She will coordinate with HDB on it. Guess this is a better way cos no need to fork out extra $$$ !!
