Hi, this sofa can be found in XZQT.. I saw it and they are selling it at about $8,800.00 (they do offer a 25% discount).

I didnt buy from them as my company is a manufacturer of sofas, so i order from company at staff price.

then you must raise this with your ID coz i think a lot of items are charged according to your floor area

that means things like hack, tile laying at these your ID charged 134sqm leh

For Mine, it came with the stool as well.. 2 normal pillows + 1 latex pillow, mattress protector, and 2 big sheeps.

Oh i realise yours is at 40K++, a steep budget too!

Mine has a lot of carpentary, shall update the pics when it's done...

yup, my reno was in total, $42.5K.

i had minimun carpentry from them. main bulk of it is in the kitchen cabinet.

most of rest of furniture was from ikea and i fix them up myself.

abit of those were shifted from my old house.

can't wait to see more pics

Flooring cement screed to be done last as it will be in cream color and ID do not want them to dirty it..
