Floor Area : 132 sq metres

Flat Type : EA

ID Firm : Ciseern by Designer Furnishing Pte Ltd

Comments: + Trustworthy, solid foundation. Stayed within timeframe and schdule.

- Workmanship of carpentry contractors is only okay. Laminates on carpentry work slightly shouldy.

ID : Chew Hui Ying

Pros on ID : Pleasant girl, nice to work with, patient. No hard-selling, willing to find cheaper alternatives for us.

Cons on ID : Seems to overlook some details, and only realised when problem is encountered or surfaced.

Minor hiccups on wallpaper. Coordination works done more by the site supervisor instead.

Estimated Cost : $30k

Wallpaper : Goodrich and Global

Comments : Workmanship of feature wall wallpaper was poor, leaving dampmarks and patchy surface.

Claims it's the new batch of wallpaper as reason. Have to be redone twice, and till today visible damp marks could still be seen. Out of alignment of 2 adjoining wallpapers could be seen clearly from close.

Cost : $1200 for 2 bedrooms and feature wall

Just to add, choose your wallpaper material carefully, our wallpaper in the master bedroom and secondary room is ok except the one on the TV feature wall !!
