shmj 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2007 Dear All,Would you be able to share how you benchmark the staff levels in your company?We are in the midst of doing this exercise & would like to find out more.i.e. Clerical staff (level 1 & 2), level 1 being the higher level thus has more responsibility & higher salary skill etc.Same would go for Manager staff.Thanks ah!
