Salary Benchmarking

Dear All,

Would you be able to share how you benchmark the staff levels in your company?

We are in the midst of doing this exercise & would like to find out more.

i.e. Clerical staff (level 1 & 2), level 1 being the higher level thus has more responsibility & higher salary skill etc.

Same would go for Manager staff.
