Housing Policy Changes - Benefit Ft And Repeated Timer And Divorcee

Chances of balloting has improved for the following group:

1. First timer

2. Repeater timer

3. Divorcee with kids (hear it mentioned on news but no article on that)

Is it the right way to go?

Shouldn't HDB try to solve the root of the problem... lack of affordable housing instead.

This is a faster solution.

Housing is affordable, esp. from HDB when everything can be taken care of thru CPF, no cash up front and low interest loan too.
