New Office Feng Shui

seems that there is no FS discussion for new office space...need some advise here, dunno if anyone can help.

my mom just bought a new T.O.P office space for investment purposes. going to collect keys soon. As we are going to rent out later we dont intent to consult a master for the renovation(guess the tenant should do this right?) but we intend to just add carpet, aircon and lighting .

anyone can suggest what FS rituals should be done when we first collect keys and open the door of the unit?...esp it is 7th month now. does adding carpets aircon and lighting considered "renovation"?...i dont think we need to consult a master for these right?

sorry...am naive on these rituals

any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

just buy a $3 tongshu find a good day and go open the doors.

since you wont be using the office(mainly for rent), there is basically nothing to do.

for paranoids - they will do 1001 things.
