Hi Hi, not sure if you still check your T-blog chat, but really love your place!;) Can I check with you on a few things? I wanted to do those "horizontal" wall cabinets for the top cabinets for the kitchen. But my contractor advice us against it. His concern was that the hydraulic system will give way after a while. Have you found any problems with it? Also, for the upper most top hung cabinet, is it difficult to reach and to close?

Also noticed that even though yours is a resale flat, you have concealed wiring! Again, my contractor is saying that it is very difficult to have additional lighting points with concealed wiring. The electrician will have to hack away part of the wall and then fix it back with a plaster board. Is that true?
