Delvonche 0 Report post Posted May 28, 2022 (edited) Hi everyone, I have began my renovation journey and this is the first part where my ID started to add “costs”. they had started hacking a wall which was approved by PE, and in the wall, they found a lintel. Now the ID is saying to remove the lintel will have additional cost. If don’t remove lintel, after they put up partition, if it drops, they will not be responsible.
