Renew Marriage Certificate

My elderly mum got married in 1960s in Kuala Lumpur, and has lost her marriage certificate.

As we are living oversea now; may I know it is possible to ask someone (legal firm etc.) in Malaysia to renew (or reissue) her marriage certificate please?

If so how?
