My Wife and I have gotten ourselves a resale EA and like you, we are on a tight schedule for reno. I was looking at Ho Bee but it seems they are perpetually tied up so Mr Lim sounds good in this case. Do you mind sharing the total cost of your reno? cos that's pretty much wat we need to do up too.
