Basically, its an all-in-one - DVD/CD player, Radio, ipod dock, etc.Pros -Very little wiring, just a power cable, a cable to connect the 2 pieces, a HDMI cable to the TV.Small unit, can be wall mounted as well. Good general all round player.Cons -Its not a true surround sound speaker, and cannot compare to one. Bass is a little weak at times to me, despite the physical size of the subwoofer.
