smart_user 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2013 Can't agree more with everyone here on lousy Supreme service. And I cant believe that after all these years, they have not improved the service. Someone should really complaint to Consumer Right thingy. 2 years ago when we wanted to sell off our old place, we realised that our flooring profiles delaminated and broke in some areas (the one below bedroom doors to separate the bedroom floor from corridor, etc). I called many times and finally told that the sales guy left already. I raised the need to have the profiles changed with the customer service and they never came despite following up various times! We got so upset that we finally engaged Inovar to do it for us at charge and sold off the place.

Wondering have anyone has any experience with them? Thanks for any adviseMy bedrooms are done by Kronotex. I love their Mammut series, around $9 - $12/psf. Visited their showroom twice before decided to take them. Service wise ok, workmanship I think can be better in terms of putting the silicon. But their board is click guard system so no gluing. I brought back samples to do abusing test, used keys to scratch, pour water in between the gaps, after testing that's y I chose them. I think you need to compare a few companies to find the right one for your house.

GoMLe 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2016 (edited) My personal experience with Krontoex service is definitely a bad one. If you expect good workmanship and after sales service, it will not be the choice. My issue was not resolved although promises made till today. Will only receive excuses or totally no follow up.
