For 5 ticks model, what are the available btu? 9k, 12k, 18k, 24k?

Currently have Mitsubishi Starmex inverter system 3, 1 x MSXY-09SV in all 3 rooms, but wanted to add a additional fan coil in the living room.

Plan to replace all units and condenser unless there is a effective way to reuse any existing equipment.
