I will collect the key for my 5room resale HDB around 20/08/2007. But quite headache, got no contractor info. in hand so far. Minor reno. will be done (details shown below) and budget is around 10K. One famous ID recommended in this forum rejected to give me quotation on this tiny project. Pls PM me the nice contract with good workmanship. Thanks!!!!!

Living room and dinning room:

Install 1 L-box light holder ****

Install 1 L-box light holder at dining

6 nos. light point ****

10 nos. light point at dinning (with 2 switches)

Bedroom:

Supply and lay laminated flooring for all bedrooms and study room

Supply and lay solid Nyatoh wooden skirting for all bedrooms and study room

Bathroom:

Remove/Replace toilet bowl @ master bathroom area

Remove/Replace toilet bowl @ common bathroom area

Supply and install 1 WPC shower screen with door @ master bathroom area

Remove/Replace sliding door@ master bathroom area

Remove/Replace sliding door@ common bathroom area

Supply and install 2 sets of bathroom accessories

Supply and install 1 bathtub @master bathroom

Kitchen:

Fabricate and install kitchen entrance timber/tempered glass sliding door

Re-varnish the existing kitchen cabinet and table top.

Seal up all wall gap

Whole house painting (ICI or Nippon)

Paint all piping and main gate

Paint all doors and door frame

Chemical washing and cleaning of whole house

Doesn't seem to a tiny project to me. There are many good companies in this forum to seek for reference. One rejection doesnt mean others would turn you down too. Be persistent!

find any contarctors available near your place, easy to meet up and discuss, at least if hav doubts easy to solve.. ifthey don satisfy you, slowly move to others lo

U can check out on Ho Bee they are veri hot. Base on ur budget is since that u are doing min reno.
