Malui 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2007 Went to Hafary and LHS to take a look at the tiles. Got some samples back to carefully decide. Saw in the website on few shops selling tile. Need some advise:1) My ID only brought me to the 2 shops which he mentioned are reliable source. However, after reading some tile shop recommendation in the forum, i intend to take a look at other stores before deciding on my tiles... maybe found something better in price or quality than Hafary and LHS. Will the ID mind taking tiles from other shops? Afraid if they have not work with them and any dispute on the tile, very difficult to get ID to negotiate. My ID did mention that many other ID visit LHS and HAfary bcoz of their service. So, wondering if there will be issue later on..2) Is the tile shop near to IMM (Toh GUan).. cant remember the name..really cheaper than Hafary and LHS? summerholiday 2 Report post Posted August 8, 2007 price sure got different, i went to hafary myself yesterday, went to sbh too, LSH and taugers..most cheapest is white horse, hafary and SBH really got expensive tiles that can go up to above $3 some even $6, finally i select my tiles at LSH, cos like the tiles there, staff also friendly, willing to wait for us to pick.. reload72 0 Report post Posted August 14, 2007 Is it advisble to do up the flooring with border?? without skirting.I choose semi glossy wavey design - whitish/creamish for entire house(except kitchen and toilet) and similiar pattern in black with some sparkles as border.Will make the whole house small??
