deepakvali 0 Report post Posted August 3, 2007 well, imo even at S$520psf 99years leasehold condominum is overpriced, you need luck to even breakeven when you wanna sell, especially if it is at a location like SengKang/Buangkok. a decent size, i.e. 1200sqft would be avg 620K minimum, upside is really limited, there are but very rarely are there any 99yr leasehold condominum aparments making money after the lease starts the countdown, so think carefully, do not fall in the "luxury" trap Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
