False Ceiling And Lighting

Hi Everybody,

Actually how did you all come up with your design for False ceiling and the number of lighting? My wife prefer a bright look so i just wondering how should i go about designing the lighting? I also have a bar counter in my living room? Any suggestion? Thanks!
