Mold in toliet cabinet

I just move in the house and realised there was mold inside the basin cabinet. I try numerous methods to get rid of it.

But the the mold continue to grow after i had removed it. Do you all have a solution?

Look for and eliminate any active leak or water accumulation 

clean thoroughly with anti mold cleaners

apply anti mold primer paint 

use a dehumidifier 

if all else fails then you’ll need to tear out that cabinet …

Hi actual solution is just to seal off the edge with water proof silicon. This prevent water vapour seeping into the drawer causing the mold.
