Hi, for a 4 room resale unit, how much is your estimated expenses for an average kitchen and bathroom accessories (like sink, tap, shower heads, sanitary ware etc)?

Am doing some budgeting now... kinda stress!

honestly for both accessories and lights, the estimated expenses can range from $1k to $20k

it's really up to what you choose to replace and what brand you buy

really budget

1. sink - $150

2. tap $30

3. shower heads - foc with water heater

4. 7-pc toilet accessories - $30

5. basin - $90 x 2

6. WC - $100 x 2

7. lights - $400

really luxurious

1. sink - $2k

2. tap $400

3. shower heads - $2k

4. 7-pc toilet accessories - $1k

5. basin - $50 x 2

6. WC - $2k x 2

7. lights - $10k
