HSH21 1 Report post Posted July 21, 2007 Today CoXXXX delivered a washing mechine which I ordered last Sunday at their Megastore... to my surprice... it was USED... the dust bag full of dirt... how can such thing happen ?? I called to the customer service... and they said that the logistic department was not working today... only after they come back on Monday... do an investigation.. then can give me an answer... that's mean I don't even have an assurance that I can get a new set ?? Anyone experience before ?? If I remember correctly... many years back I ordered a refrigerator from them... it was a display set... but the condition when delivery was totally damage... some parts even dropped... I also heard that before... but didn't know that I will be the unlucky one...Btw I also supect it might be one of the rejected 7 days exchange good...Exchange within 7 days (from date of delivery) If you don’t love it, don’t keep it. Bring it back within 7 days in the same condition (box, packing, accessories, warranties, instruction and purchase receipt) and we will exchange it for you. Sigh.... hope to get my replcement set soonest... actually I quite regreted buying from them too... I went there because they will absorb the 7% GST... but after I bought the extended warranty for another 2 years costed me additional $92... the total price was more expensive than elsewhere... But CXXXXX claimed that it was the responsiblities of the vendor... but why many felt that it was CXXXX who sell USED good when I told them the incident ?? I posted here is just to share my experience... never think of taking picture as a proof...Well... the supplier called me this morning and admit that it was their fault ... it got nothing to do with Cxxxxx...but one thing I am not happy was the man told me that only the dust bag was USED before... but when I questioned him why the plastic sheet on the cover was removed and why the instruction book was not sealed in the bag... then he said it might be tested by the oversea supplier when they did the random QC...
