Mr Chong 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2007 Is 24 July ok to dong tu? The chinese calender seems to suggest its no good for dong tu..Haha.....if many people read this, some masters no need to "Tan Jiak".Overall, a "Tong Sheng" is good for general reference. A date can be used by many thousands of people for important things. Why is a good date sometimes useful and effective to some and not the others......part reason being it need to 'match' with the house and/or person and also certain procedures need to follow before it can be tapped. Now to apply match and tapped (the secrets) have many different methods from genuine masters and is done behind the "Tong Sheng" which is a camouflage. If everyone can check from "Tong Sheng" and DIY to get an effective date, then everybody will be getting good luck!!Due to the reason that many people expect a master to refer to "Tong Sheng" as the proper "authority", many still carry around or refer in front of their customers. In the "Tong Sheng", "Dong Tu" is referring to the excavation or shaking, disturbing and removal of soil. Nowadays, even some practitioners are taking things for granted and misuse the term. Many important things can be done on the 24 July at the stated time. However, it will be even better if you match the date to both you and the house. Therefore, you must check it against your DOB and the house sitting. On 20 July, from 11++ firstly there was a clash. Secondly, although that date was superficially seen as "San He" wood Qi but such formation is difficult to establish especially when in relation to many other factors. If you want to coincide with the "Tong Sheng", you can ask a master to check those dates against your house and your DOB.Good luck!
