Thank you very much for your encouragement. I'll love to share my knowledge as far as I know and I will continue if I can. But it is rather disturbing with this sort of forumer around doing nothing but accusing. We all don't mind people to read and learn here. Same goes to me, I've also read and learn alot from many forums. Don't you think this "mata" forumer keep slandering should be barred from here? My sincere apology to all forumers except vinlee for the words that I've used but he deserved and had proven himself to be a watch dog; always following right behind my a*** sniffing.... hahaha

for clarification,

every forumer would agree that bullet is indeed very knowledgeable in this trade.

however,

the point is,from day one, he has been ask to register formally as a ID/contractor and hopefully,

continued with his insightful advice and contributions.

Sadly,he is extremely defensive,

I have receive PMs of support from some fellow forumer,

who told me that bullet aka Aaron,has approach him directly thru PM.

I do not speak without facts,and I sincerely hope the truth to be out soon.

nice to see moderator got read thru postings..

personal experience from another forum..

new to reno, i started reading threads as suggested by my friends, read thru a lot of threads like 10k reno 20k reno budget.. got ppl posting "you can try mine contractor/id" or " you can call this no xxxx"

so i gav them calls after copy down the reccomended id/contractors..

got the quotes, started selecting, then one day, as usual reading the thread noticed someone keep on posting at every thread " you can try call xxxx.." realised tat after reading thru the time and date of post.. fd out this gal never do must posting.. but suddenly started askin ppl try xxx company.. and i fd out that one of the company i approahed is post by her tat y i approached the company, price wasn't rite, quote full of lobangs..

worse.. at 1 pt she post ccan call her company or look for xxxx,

another thread days later, she went on posting can call her hb... same person xxxx.. so far she never post any reno pics b4

when i approached her, she say jus helpin frd, no commssion and that she had hers flat done by xxxx.. i confronted her with her posting, she quiet down, posting removed by the forum moderator of tat forum..

jus fd a new thread in tat forum posting for the same company by a new member.. recomm the same guy.. haiz..

i hurts to realised that when the id/ contractor you approached are pretending n self posting.. like being decieved n waste time

the only guy i approached who self admit of self posting from that forum, thou never used him, glad he did own up himself, no hiding jus self advertising service.. its different.. one fakin, one real..

jus share my personal experience.. i think all forumers hope to get real reccom not fake ones.. we are mostly first-timers.. donno a lot n are learning.. we hav no idea how to tell real or fake.. jus can try learn to be careful..

Info is correct. My shortlisted ID from Vogue brought me down. Said the flat is done by both him & his colleague.

Only thing is the owner is an old man - abt 50 plus, didn't see his wife.

The reason I scratch my head b'cos he said his wife cannot get along with mom. Quote "at 1st because my wife didn't want to stay with my Mum and keep nagging at me" unquote. I thot at this age, shouldn't have any of such problem. More like youngster problem.

I might be thinking too much. Pls forgive me if I assume wrongly.
