hi karen and vinlee,

thanks for your compliments... my total reno nearly burst my account but to me it's worth it... after all it's money well spent and i simply cant wait to go home everyday after work zz ... :thumbs up:

To tribal,

i dunno whether it's alright to post my id's contacts here but if u want i can pm u his contacts... i think you have to make an appointment with him 1st cause he's a real busy man... i think i only met him 7 times from meeting up at my house to handover... he caused some delay :jawdrop: in handing over of my house for 4days and he told me in advanced that he spotted some defects and need some time to rectify it... which i was abit frustated 8| at 1st because my wife didn't want to stay with my Mum and keep nagging at me :dunno: , but i prefer to hand over late and do swee swee :curse: than keep on asking him to come back and rectify...

now my wife and me am very grateful to him for doing up a good job... even my friends who came over said they can't imagine how a 3room flat can do until so spacious and nice :) ... and i've recommended some of my friends who are getting their keys soon to him... right now i think another of my friend is doing up his resale unit by him already...

cheers

To add on something,

when i went shopping for tiles, me and my wife simple love :dunno: the 800mm x 800mm homogeneous tiles simply because we want something which is extraordinary ( diff from my friends and colleagues 600mm x 600mm homo tiles)

but when i went to hunt for 8 id's, 7 of them told me they dun dare to lay the 800mm x 800mm as it warps easily :bleah: ... but my id told me it was nonsense :notti: , it was because their workers dun have the tools and experience to cut the tiles... he has been using those 800mm tiles for his commercial and landed projects which he brought me to see... i see it with my own eyes and felt it... in fact he proposed to me because mine was a 3room flat and the large tiles will visually enhanced the spaciousness, now i get to step on it in my own house :thumbs up: ... ha ha...

Nice but you not afraid it being too slippery for the kids?

You really give it a modern look. So what's the damage?

Actually, it's not really that slippery... unless your kitchen is flooded everyday :) ... aesthetically i prefer the kitchen and living to look as a whole instead of separated as living and kitchen...

oh yeah, it will definitely open up the space. Just looking at the safety aspect. heheh...just ban your kids from coming to the kitchen when u mop the floor...

You looked like a retiree, how come you said in this post "your wife dun want to stay with your mom"

Something not right.
