Contractor Needed: Repair Wall, Parquet, Skirting

Hi,

I have just rectified a leaking concealed pipe, but is left with

1) 3-4 holes on the wall, each about the size of 2 palms put together.

2) A section of parquet flooring slightly warp. Need advice on whether to replace or can 'polished' down.

3) Skirtings warped, and need to be replaced.

Can anyone recommend a contractor for these kind of works? I am staying in Paya Lebar and would appreciate contractor who can do a reliable job.
