4 CONSTRUCTION OF FRIDGE ,WASHING MACHINE AND CABINET BASES $ 390 this one is on the high side. Usually about $70-80 each for the washer base and fridge base... works out to $230 for your cabinet base. How many feet of cabinets you getting? For my EA, 14 feet of cabinet base is <$200

5 RELOCATION OF INLET/OUTLET PIPING FOR SINK AND WASHING MACHINE $ 220 This one is also expensive. My contractor did mine for only $60 each

6 SUPPLY/INSTALL SOLID LAMINATED KITCHEN CABINET (BOTTOM=12FTS) $ 1,200 Are your cabinets bottom only? this price is a little above average... but ok if you can accept it.

2 HAULAGE OF SAND SERVICE TO BE CARRIED OUT $ 650 this one is on the high side. Call your town council to ask how much is haulage for both the debri removal and the sand haulage to give you a guide.

4 WHOLE HOUSE CHEMICAL WASHING AND CLEANING $ 200 Some EAs are getting their chemical cleaning for <$150. no reason why a three room flat cost more.

Your renovation is super minimal based on your quotation. So the pricing is about there. Except for the few items I highlighted, your quote is quite okay.

what you need to find out is what brand of laminates are you getting for your cabinets?

what brand of homo tiles are you getting and what size? The larger tiles costs more to lay (eg 800x800)

Are you going to do a replacement of your water piping to copper or stainless steel?

How bout electrical works? Not doing any re-wiring or repositioning of your lighting points or socket points?

How bout painting works? Not going to paint your house?

do a search of the forum for other people's quotation to do a comparison with yours.

I have not touch any quotations for a long time... I may have missed out something that I did not ask in the above lists of questions.
