When back hope to see more quotes and perhaps view some units....hope to finalize ID selection by end August, so that once get key in 1st week sept can start permit submission and get the ID to do site measurements and final finalization of quotation and can also start purchase of key items, select materials, etc

Ya AMK is quite a nice place not too far north so still pretty near my in-law place, and pretty central as well, but quite ex....the 3 rm corner cost me $225k, value at $210k $15k cash.....can get one more IWC liao.....sigh, hopefully can sell my unit at woodlands at a better price to cover a bit, but not too promising though.

yeap a nice place in a matured estate.. i grew up there & my IL place is in AMK too.. think the price is average bahx.. depend on location.. 3 rm corner vary from 190k-240k i think.. i saw from HDB webby monthly sale.. they r selling 3 room corner 82sqm @ only 140k.. but think chinese ethnic not eligible..

I own a IWC Portugese Automatic movement is 51010, as shown in my Avartar. Its movement is modelled off the Flagship IWC Big Pilot (movement is 51110), mine comes with 7 days power reserve as well. Actually wanted the Big Pilot but really too big for me, its abt 47mm. Now saving for a JLC Grand Reverso...but that will be after house reno and car, so maybe a couple of years later. Also have a Breitling Chrono Cockpit
