Termite treatment before or after hacking

Hi, 

could someone help me in clarifying if termite treatments should be done before or after hacking? I intend to change all flooring! 
 

rentokil tells me it’s before hacking while all other companies tells me it’s after?

Also, if you have good recommendations of termite exterminating companies, pls recommend

I assume you're hacking only the tiles but not the concrete floor which means no exposed soil.

Google keyword "agenda termite treatment" or "bayer agenda" you'll locate the supplier website's FAQ.

The FAQ will provide the answer. 

To note you will not be able to buy direct from Bayer. Bayer only sell to Termite Treatment companies which must obtain the relevant toxic chemical license.
