cheng73 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2007 i started sourcing for flats in cck and bt batok. most of it asking for more than 20k over cash. there is 1 unit, 2nd flr is selling ard 13k but the owner is in jail.hesitate to take up the offer and also not from chinese race.some agents did not even want to entertain and told me that if i do not hv S$30k cash on hand. telling me to forget about it and not even could view the flat.maybe i consider, i bump into a property agent during 1 of the viewing. she told me to wait as property is sliding down and tell me to patient....anybody bought a 4rm reasales in the these areas and wat are the cash value to top up....hopefully, the market will slide down....hianz......
