Trying to not have kids running above dropping toys constantly and therefore I thought maybe highest floor help. Can anyone pls share your experience? Is there other considerations staying at the highest floor like will any water pump on the ceiling make noise, leak etc? thx alot! Jon L 0 Report post Posted June 11, 2021 I stayed on the highest floor of my hdb before my new house and it definitely feels alot quieter than before, and has more privacy in some sense. Didn't have any issues with ceiling, noise or leak from water pump. Good advantage is you don't have to on your heater sometimes cause the sun is shining directly on your pump.
