lynzi 0 Report post Posted July 5, 2007 Hi there. I have been trying to make chocolate for about a year now. Now, I wanna try incorporating caramel into the chocs. Do anyone know where I can get bulk caramel from? It was so troblesome for me to unwrap lots of caramel candy wrappers. And where can I also get vanilla pods from? I'm sick of using just the essence. As for caramel, I am not sure if they sell it, but you could just boil up a batch by yourself, homestyle. Phoon Huat Locations

lynzi 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2007 Thanks threecharacters. Yup making choc is by melting them but I wanted to make something new out of it like truffles as I have been making them for a few of my relatives and friends wedding favours.

They make a nice surprise too.
