I used to hear cats's moaning sound .. late in the night when i still stayed with my parents ... if not, would be some guys making lots of noise - dunnoe if real fight or just fooling ard ... now have to think twice abt moving back there for a mth ... Just signed the contract ... Broyz promised my drawings will be out after 10days, maybe either 10 or 11 sept can see liao ... wowo .... .but then hor ... very nervous abt getting the reno loan .... not sure if can get full amt anot ... praying to any god also no use ... coz i had bad paying records b4 ... haiz double the sian-ness when hubby addin more salt to my wounds by kept saying that we won't be able to get the full loan ... i yet to submit all our docs and income wor ... haiz .... !! !! RHB quite easy to get. If not can get from SCB, cause Urban Interior is under their list of approved contractor. Easier to get. Both of you stable incomes, should be no problem la. They may go down to ur hse to inspected whether there are any reno but only one time.Most impt check ard u, see which bank provide the best loan interest rate and flexibility of repayment. (Eg. OCBC, RHB, SCB or Hitachi Credit)U have to work out how much u wan to loan and the loan periods, ur financial planning is quite impt so as to reduce unnecessary interest costs incurred.
