Please do not choose this Interior Designer company

BEWARE OF SP HOMES 

Hi,

 

Initially we thought we were in good hands but it turned into a nightmare. We only want to construct the simplest furniture to place it at home. 

We paid the furniture using voucher and cash. 

 

1) Coy anyhow quote price.

 

Initially this new staff said around this price, then after she discussed with her colleague, price increase by $500, we still agreed to pay. After paid the remaining, this staff said she forgot to add in the 7% GST price in, asked for more money, of course, we paid too.  

After we left the company, staff texted need us to top up some more money because never meet the miniumum cost. We did not give in this time. 

 

When you went into the ID company, all the displays look so glamourous on the outside. After they took part of the money, everything seem change. 

 

2) Lack of staffs - coy blamed on covid situation - said staffs sick and Lack of responsiblility from staffs To Follow-up on our project

Lack of follow up from this company. Company never alerted the owners  beforehand even when delivery is on the specific day, never update us at all (not 1 time, around 3 times) 

For eg. The installer can call and say will come at 10am. Till 11am, nobody turn up at all. Wasted our annual leaves or time waiting for the installers. 

The designer said 1 staff sick. The project manager told us 2 staffs sick.

 

We requested our cash portion back but the coy refused to give. 

 

3) Goods Arrived Incomplete or Wrong Color 

We asked them to install the right good and took back the wrong ones

 

4) Right Goods Came but there are dirt particles/flaws in it

We asked the installer to take back as we cannot accept and the installer seem to break something while wiping the dirt off

 

5) Poor Workmanship - Silicone Glues 

Can be seen at 5 spots 

 

This staff refused to bring back the good with the faults back. We are still in the midst of getting all these corrected. 

Till date from the day we signed, already 3 months.

 

I am unable to upload the files from other complainants whom met the same issue with the same coy. 

 

A SIDE-NOTE, THIS COMPANY IS JUST WASTING YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY AND TIME.

STAFFS WITH NO RESPONSIBILITY, ANYHOW QUOTE THE PRICE, POOR WORKMANSHIP, ONLY WANTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Renaya, Yes! I will not encourage anybody to use this company. Their showroom may look very good on the outside. The money you paid may not tally with the material costs you get. Their co-ordination/follow-up is really very poor. So are the workers' attitude. I managed to find out 3 complaints against this company so far.  Use them at your own cost!
