Hi

I need a contractor to do these:

1) Hack all and redo toilet. 2 toilets.

2) Hack all and redo kitchen.

3) Laminate living and dinning area

4) Vanish parquet in 2 bedroom

5) Painting

Preferably don't re-wire and don't touch piping. Anyone knows how much contractor charge?

Optional items:

3) False ceiling/ L-box

4) Walk-in closet for master br

Can someone estimate the costs? My house is about 900sft.

I have come across many IDs recommendation in this forum but very few contractors recommendation (except for Impress21 and Ho Bee).

Is there any others that is just as reputable (good in pricing and workmanship)? Thanks....

It's only because people here tend to use ID's. Which is a shame, because most ID's are really not real ID's.
