xlan 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2007 (edited) thanks!Yup, its moulded in the solid surface. At first, i bought a granite sink but i wanted to increase counter space so changed to solid surface sink in the end.mom n me LOVE that seamless countertop n sink too... but i emailed corian uk marketing... reply was i can't simply pour hot boiling water into the sink.. even thou corian supposedly heat resistance.. to do that i hv to keep a running tap water when pouring in the hot water.. which is v inconvenient n waste water too.. after much considerations.. we drop this wonderful idea n will undermount a stainless steel sink instead.. which is still the most practical way for our cooking style.. yet... how i wish i can hv that too..btw.. who's ur ID? applefreak 1 Report post Posted June 26, 2007 initially did toy with this idea, but with stiles instead of corianstiles is a brand of quartz surface, which should withstand heat much better, but the price also but in the end went for composite sink coz of the cost and me obsession with concrete sink support think you have to do the resizing at the website that hosts the imageat photobucket, click on the photothen click on the resize optioni use the messageboard one coz i like photo big bigbut not as big as your lah
