My mum's thinking of renting 1 room out. but dunno how to split the utilities bill, especially that's the only room with aircon.

anyone knows whether there is such a device in the market ? So we can definitively pinpoint how much electricity is consumed by the aircon..

Hi, sorry to dig up old threads. I have the same situation as you? Do you have a solution? For myself, I'm thinking of putting meter at t he circuit breaker so can monitor the usage accurately.
