Simpleboi 0 Report post Posted August 7, 2007 Living room I did a new layout for my unit, an L shape sofa will probably limit movement within the living room unless the L is nearer to the windows or against the wall near the main doorL shape sofas are usually meant for cornersI'll probably use the gas water heater... it's free, multi-point and the ugly thing is already fixed...can save me a few hundreds for 2 electric water heaters...I went to take a look last night...quite dark...so have to find a time to visit in the day time The living room looks smaller than I expected, so quite disappointed lol...wondering how to put all the stuffs there...including the L shape sofa and dining table etc...I will most prob not be using gas water heater but electric water heater....and also likely to be using induction cooker so no need to pay for gas Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

linggie 0 Report post Posted August 7, 2007 yah.. i just went to sign my agreement of lease yesterday.. the HDB officer say we will need to reapply but by that time even if out income exceed 8k its will still be approved cos they will based it on the existing approved HLE as guide.. !!yes confirmed our unit will be ours but we have to take bank loan instead of HDB loan (if income exceed 8K) upon re-application of HLE loan.
