KhooK 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2007 Hi guys, I've got a question to ask. I've already signed the Lease of Agreement, thus securing the flat that I got. But I'm not going to collect my keys till some time later like Jun - Dec 2008. Will I have to re-apply for the HLE? What if my income limit exceeds 8k by then(hypothetically speaking)? Will I no longer be able to get a HDB loan and have to take up a bank loan instead? Thanks in advance
