Total damage for 3 bedroom and living room is $465. Got the reflective type as the guy recommend it will block out the most heat. HAPPY i'm sure they can be removed... and it's supposed to prevent ppl from the other block to look inside my unit, that's y all covered up as for designs, u gotta call them and ask... As for TV license, Singapore government is very efficient. They will definitely send us the bill when the time is ripe for us to pay. So no worries about the license.
