Xiao Xin, you're getting me excited! im in block 26C as well! hehe. which floor u staying?hey hey 26C neighbours! My key collection date was actually 13 nov but coz my bf can't make it, I've changed it to 17 nov instead... for my case, HDB is really fast tis time, dunno why...how come your keys collection so fast.. hai. Hb and i think that we'll be one of the last few to collect our keys for block 26C, cos i showed abit of attd to our customer service manager after finally being able to contact him after i a looooooooonggg time. elaine1205 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2007 i just called up HDB CS in charge ... she can only said she will get the credit dept to get back to me by today. ... hate the wait..i was informed by her that mine is not extension but a re-assessment ... hope she really get back to me by TODAY! I hope mine is coming soon too.Btw, y'day we bought mitsusbishi starmex system 3. We decided not to put any aircon in bedroom 2 as we going to hack it and combine it with our MBR. A bigger 12 btu will be place at MBR, 9 at BR3 and 12 ****. The sales guy said that these are sufficient based on the floor size. I am happy that my living room got aircon. Call credit dept again ?i've never spoken to anyone from credit dept. all the while i only call my CSM. maybe can ask CSM when you can expect to receive keys since the flats are now completed? from there you can gauge when you need the HLE to be re-approved. Me staying at the same blk as u ! think shd be expire v long ago? mine expired aug.. is that really a need to reassess?CSM told me that re-assessment is needed if your HLE expired for a long time.I guess their definition of long time = 3 months.
