They have a contract to fulfil so they must finish EVERYTHING before 31 Dec 2007. No choice loh. the construction was delayed for so long.

Actually i prefer the ikea ones...those i hv now were chosen by my mom n i hv to give in.

Btw, if anyone is planning to change their current toilet bowl system, pls let me know if i can "chop" the existing one supplied by HDB. I need to replace my toilet system at another location. Been looking for this particular brand "Potex" for a period of time leow. Seems like only HDB will supply this brand.

$1000 a day may not seems so much to the developer, who may have it done in hundred of millions for the whole estate .

For those checking yr defects, pls check yr store room's power point too. My power point came loose when i was trying to remove my lamp from the switch. So lousy.

how about kitchen door? anyone have better suggestion than having an open "swing" door? possible to do a sliding door ? how about the switch & SCV cable there...

i'm doing a sliding door.. n it is a mirror on 1 side (facing living room).. the track n pelmet is outside the kitchen.. meaning on the foyer side.. when i close the kitchen door.. the main switch box can be seen loh..

initially was another idea.. to hv a thin feature wall cover all the way frm the main door to the HBS wall.. n a flip open "catch" at the main switch box.. but doing the feature wall means additional costs.. which i cannot afford liao.. sigh.. but the idea is nice la.. !!

nemofc.. one of the Id i went to suggest a bifold door.. or if we want a sliding door then we will have to relocate the power and scv pt at the entrance side wall of the kitchen le...

heard from the ID Biolfd door is more expensive than a sliding door... so we might just consider relocating the power pt cos the pt will not be very accessible after we place a fridge there also mah

But can put the glass door at the other side right? Den no need to relocate any points??
