zirhk3355 1 Report post Posted June 28, 2007 Loud and clear, there was even a recorded phone conversation from the housing agent about the numbers of enquiries she is getting but the owner is not in a hurry to sell so I guess they are holding out until the valuation is met.Obviously the owner, after hearing all the "good news" about property price rising and such, they just want to try their luck by asking for $688k, but unknowingly they are actually jacking up the market unrealistically, putting everyone into deep ****, which eventually the tables will turn around to work against them as well.
