so did u see any other colors other then white?

Think they have white and mocha. Mocha is sort of like very dark brown. I remember they have a black one which is wrapped in PVC. But that is about $80 more than the painted one.

Just bought a sofa from Objet last night. The price is good after the 25% discount.

I was browsing through magazines in the shop and bumped on their article. One of the sofa was only $1200 in that May 2007 issue, now the retail is $2600! (I did not include the 25% discount) And when I enquire, the girl said that the $1200 was the price when it was first launched. And I was thinking.. that was a huge price increase!

I was quite hesitant to buy the sofa coz have to pay in full. I mean, anything can happen, right? They also do not do any customisation. But the designs are good and price for the sofa that I chose is really reasonable (after sales). And the fabric is very nice too. And so have to wait for 6 weeks for delivery..

I bought the HIGH sofa (same as Catsophie).. I was contemplating between the Slope and High. The slope is too wide - in the end, I chose High sofa, in Slope fabric (the one at the shop). My living area is very small so I can't have huge sofa set.

The Slope was originally $1200 in June magazine - I think, it was Home & Decor. I wasn't very sure. My hubby loves it but after rationalisng the options - we decided to get the High.. But both us are happy with our choice! We just asked for a very firm cushion. The girl said that the sofa is very soft because so many people sat on it already!!

The delivery is not bad, or I should say it's a great job if they didn't change the time from noon to afternoon.

The lift is too narrow to put the sofa in, so the two guys lifted my sofa with hands ;) and I live in 13th lvl

That's cool.

I can't remember which shop but they charge extra if they have to climb up the stairs to deliver the product. But I guess, this one no choice! Haha!

By the way, have you bought a coffee table to match?
