I’m wondering if we need to leave 2 metre set back from the wall? yes. 2m at back, 2m at side and 7.5m at front is the standard setback. roof canopies can be 1m from the boundary for back and side. car porch roof in front has a 2.4m setback unless you house is in areas designated by URA to have different requirements then you would have different setback requirements. else the standard setback above will apply.
