Any Satified Customer From Red Apple (imm) ?

wow after reading so many problem.. I find that people are only complainting about their service.

We have brought from Red Apple since in 2003 when my uncle got his sofa , dinning set and coffee table from them. :good:

He is a happy customer with them on their service and delivery..

Than my mum brought the whole house items from them in Imm. I come into forum and read alot of their problems and I'm afriad that my delivery will be late and etc.. But when we went down 2nd time to confirm the items , the sales is very helpful and explain all the things.

And even I ask about wat I have read from forum issit true , she just smile and reply if u belived them she can't stop us. :dunno:

After waiting for 1 1/2 month for the delivery , all the furniture come in on time.

We are very happy with the sales , delivery and the furniture. :o

The most happlier things is when all my friends came to my house, they said that my furniture are so nice..

my delivery was ok too...but dining table came in wrong dimension...and there are scratches here and there...

delivery man promised to touch up during their next visit..i hope they are man of word...

I think maybe becos only people who have meet some unhappy incident or want to complaint about service dan will come in here to complaint but when they recieved good service they will not be in here to said " wow , I will like to share with everyone of u, I have got a very good service by who and from which shop.." :notti:

I think singaporean will always like to complaint becos I'm a singaporean too..

I think I share abit of the incident that happen to me and u , my furniture that came in also got scratches here and there .. :seeya:

But I didn't blame or complaint to them becos when they delivered the items to our house ,they open the packing infront of us..

The items are imported in , I know that isn't their fault but they also offer to touch up for me like wat they tell u.

We are happy to heard that becos after seening some many complaint about them , we think that they will ba chap.. :bleah:

ic. then u, ur family n cousin r really the rare case then. :notti: Sorry but to me ur family is too lucky especially for 3 years no even a minor complain tat's y in my mind set ur family got close connection to red apple lor, not offended but it's just my thought. Usually those ppl who complained r those existing forumers who find out the bad service n product quality of red apple furniture then complaint here. Ya there is always happy n unhappy ending for any furniture shop but seems this company has alot more complains compare to the rest. Oh ya, another very rare n weird case from u is how come u only register in this forum after ur reno (if there is) complete n u after u registered u immediately find out this thread n post a happy story (which is very rare as u mentioned)...n actually I know u log in on sat n sun morning but no post till today. ur special attention to this post make me think.... ok let other forumers have food for thought.

HI Baby05, no need to defense so much for this company la. we already hear ur happy case, thx for ur contribution. like it or not, there is still alot unsatisfied customer like me so don't waste ur effort to change the image of this company as u don't have any connection to the company. If u really got so much spare time, just share ur experience on ur reno n post pic for us to see... :good:

if it's not their fault so it mean we as customer who alredi pay a big buck to them can only keep silence? No, ther r fully responsible for tat as they r choosing the lousy source to cut cost for higher profit margin. I never heard other furniture company often need to patch up after delivering the furniture to our home.

anyway, if you see the topic of this thread, I was looking for satisfied customer, not looking for Angry customer, but most of the post are angry one... :wub:

who said people never comment on good service and company?

I have done for quite a few in SG bride...like Everjoint, Teka, Poh Joo...all rather good...

When is ur next delivery? Better arrange on weekday coz I noticed they always fail the delivery on weekend.

Hahaha...my Sofa finally arrived 2 weeks ago and was delivered to my house after almost 2 mths delay.

Well, as expected the sofa came, BUT WITH MISSING ITEMS!:P!!

So I refused to pay the final payment.

Now this Rotten Apple is calling me every other day, asking when they can deliver the remaining items and receive their final payment (50%)...hahaha.

Finally, let can let them taste their OWN medicine. :)

All I can say is this company is very very slow and lousy in delivering the goods...BUT very effective in collecting the payments. Hahaha.

I shall arrange a time where it is REALLY REALLY convenient to me!:no: Hmm....feel like delaying the payment as long as they delayed my sofa. :dancingqueen:

An eye for an eye...hahaha

How you like it, Mr Rotten Apple???

better don't tell ur strategy here as rotten apple is eyeing on this thread. yes i 200% agree that u r very very slow in delivering goods but very very effective in receiving full payment. Last time i aso play this game with them, not even picking up their repeating phone call. know wat? one evening they knock on my main door for uninformed delivering of the last item n collecting the full payment. We just bochap them but they keep waiting outside our house for 10~20 mins. So bobian we opened the door n settled with them.

just arrange on weekday evening, takign ur own sweet time to reach home no need to rush back as they always late. if they reach early just let them wait lor, cannot be everytime we wait for them rite? weekend may spoil ur time esp if u intend to go out later then u need to wait n wait n wait for their arrival :notti:!

y they always late? Other than their lousy planning, I believe one of the many reason will be spending time in previous customer house to touch up all the defects :D! Also as their services n quality is **** horrible in the 1st place, most of the customer will negotiating n arguing with them so it delay the subsequent deliveries. Red Apple, if u read this pls factor in patching up time n negotiating/arguing time in every trip so tat at least the delivery time will be more realistic. If not enuf delivery man, hire more. weekend can charge extra delivery fee so tat only ppl who pay xtra can get priviledge to get their furniture on weekend.

both came...but the dining table came in wrong dimension..

the original one was suppose to be 1.5m by 1m, and we changed to 0.9m since our dining area not that wide...but they delivered the original dimension.

the bench and chair also a bit chipped off, the installation man said he can polish next time when they deliver the correct dining table.

Sofa came, slightly chipped at some area, but what the heck, we just accept it.

so I moved into my house without a dining table. haa..

wow aftre reading 5 pages pf 90% complains make me frightened cos it happen that someone but not close haapens to work there and is your sales person, was thinking of approachin her but remember reading sg forum about this company but forget whether it's good or bad, jus drop by today and realise this company has a lot of complain, wonder should i go find this someone or not..

not close to her as she was intro by someone not close too.. so scary leh

not to just discredit them....for mine, their delivery were on the date promised...just that it came in wrong dimension..and I am still waiting...

I guess this is a case of sales + delivery + warehouse communication breakdown issue..

= lousy management...

maybe they should employ me as their manager to clean up their process..
